Delete Your Dost Split Ease Account and Data

Delete Inside the App

1. Open Dost Split Ease.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Dost Account.
4. Tap Delete Account & Cloud Backup.
5. Read the warning and confirm deletion.

If Google asks for recent authentication, sign out, sign in again, and immediately repeat the deletion steps.

Request Deletion Without the App

Email splitease.support@gmail.com from the Google email used in the app. Use the subject Dost Split Ease account deletion. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What Is Deleted

The Firebase app account and private Dost Split Ease backup in the Google Drive app-data folder are deleted. In-app deletion also clears Dost Split Ease records on that device. A remote email request cannot erase local records from a device you still hold; clear app data or uninstall the app to remove that local copy.

What Is Not Deleted

Your Google account, normal Google Drive files, Excel files you exported, and copies you shared with other people or apps are not deleted.

Retention

We aim to complete verified email requests within 30 days. Limited records may be retained longer only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service-provider backup cycles.
